It has been reported that ‘Endhiran’ (Robot), the much waited movie of the year, directed by ace director Shankar has completed its shooting on July 7th at Sun Studios.
In fact, reports say that there’s a tough competition that’s currently going on between a Mumbai and Chennai based audio company for acquiring the ‘Endhiran’ audio rights. And the buzz is that ‘Endhiran’ audio rights has been sold for a record price of Rs 7 crores– the highest for any South Indian film and equaling the Bollywood.
Sources say that ‘Mani Ratnam’s ‘Villian’ audio rights have been purchased for around Rs 2 crores, but ‘Endhiran’ is something phenomenal, as it went for more than three folds of ‘Villian’.
